The Future
There is hope and promise for the future. The Alzheimer's Association is working hard to promote awareness, fund research efforts to find a cure, and support people with the disease and their families.
Alzheimer's is a type of dementia that causes problems with memory, thinking and behavior. Symptoms usually develop slowly and get worse over time, becoming severe enough to interfere with daily tasks.

We have a walk and a Halloween Party every year at Turner Hill for team Yia Yia in my mother’s name. If you are interested in participating in the next years walk, please contact us for more info.
