Here at Pomodori, our family has been personally touched by this terrible disease, and with the support of our extended Pomodori family, we are proud to help fight for a cure. Together, we have raised over $150,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association. Our annual event at Turner Hill has been a significant contributor to these continued donations.
The Future
There is hope and promise for the future. The Alzheimer's Association is working hard to promote awareness, fund research efforts to find a cure, and support people with the disease and their families.
Alzheimer's is a type of dementia that causes problems with memory, thinking and behavior. Symptoms usually develop slowly and get worse over time, becoming severe enough to interfere with daily tasks.
